Usage Guidelines:Always start with clean, product-free skin.Wear protective goggles during sessions.Select wavelength/color mode according to skin needs (red = anti-aging, blue = acne, etc.).Recommended session: 10–20 minutes, 2–3 times per week.Do not exceed 1 session per day.

Special Warnings:Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless advised by a doctor.Not for people taking photosensitizing medications (antibiotics, acne treatments, etc.).Not for people with epilepsy, skin tumors, or history of light sensitivity.Never shine the light directly into eyes, even with goggles.
