Step 1: Prepare the Skin
Clean and dry the target area. Apply a thin layer of massage oil or slimming cream to help the device glide smoothly and enhance effectiveness.
Step 2: Power On & Adjust Settings
Turn on the device, then adjust the suction level (6 or 12) and heating mode according to your comfort and skin sensitivity.
Step 3: Massage & Movement
Place the device gently on the skin and move it slowly in straight or circular motions. Continue massaging each area for 5–10 minutes.
Step 4: Finish & Aftercare
Turn off the device and clean it with a soft cloth. Wipe away excess oil from your skin and drink a glass of water to support detoxification.
